Refunds and Returns Procedures

Here is our returns and refunds policy.

Street Leathers is committed to providing satisfaction! We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If a problem exists, we'll do whatever it takes for you to be satisfied. If for some reason a product doesn't fit you properly, It is our priority to make it right ! And if we are unable satisfy you, we'll gladly refund your money.

30 Day Warranty
Street Leathers warrantees all merchandise free from manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date the products are received. If your new product is defective or does not fit properly, we will replace or repair it! Warranty repairs include free one way shipping. If you are simply not happy with the product, you can return it for a full refund of the price of the product. No questions asked! All products returned for a refund must be in new, unused condition. Smoke scent will Void the Policy.

We will refund or exchange any merchandise (excluding closeouts and special orders) returned within 30 days. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition and returned with the original packaging, including tags and labels. Please ship all items in a shipping box. Smoking or Smoke Scent will void exchange or refund. 

 

Returns and Exchanges:
All items returned to Street Leathers must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box. To obtain an RA number, please call (877-702-2453) or e-mail us. We need to know your first and last name and the specific item(s) you wish to return. Returns without an RA number clearly written on the outside of the package will not be accepted.

When sending items back to Street Leathers, please obtain a tracking number from your shipper (FedEx and UPS will give you one automatically, USPS requires Delivery Confirmation). Please ship all items in a shipping box. Remember to clearly write the RA number on the shipping box.

There is no extra fee for exchanges. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless customer received incorrect items due to an error made by Street Leathers. In this case, Street Leathers will reimburse only standard ground shipping charges.

Special and custom orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a return has been received you will be notified by e-mail.

 Cancellations:
Orders may only be cancelled if the order has not yet shipped. To cancel an order, please call (877)702-2453. We need to know your first and last name and the specific item(s) you wish to cancel.

 Closeouts Items:
No refunds will be given on closeout items. These items can be exchanged, but are subject to availability - please call Street Leathers if you need a closeout item exchanged (877)702-2453.
